📈 Demand — what is selling in 2026

Cold-moulded construction commands a clear premium and is increasingly requested by informed buyers. Vessels with documented build supervision files are selling faster and at higher prices. The 18–22m segment is the most liquid — typically 60–120 days to sale for well-priced vessels.

🏗 New build — lead times and availability

The best Bodrum yards are booking 12–18 months ahead. Access to the most experienced craftsmen is not simply a matter of budget — it requires established relationships. Material costs have risen approximately 12–15% since 2024.

🔍 Survey findings — what we are seeing

Inaccessible seacocks: 38% of surveys. Electrical deficiencies: 55% of vessels over 10 years. Standing rigging past replacement interval: 40% of surveyed vessels. Elevated moisture at frames in 2010–2015 build gulets is increasing.
