Our engagement follows the same structure regardless of project size. No surprises, no hidden steps, no renegotiation once work has begun.
The full new build supervision process — the most comprehensive service we offer. Surveys and contract reviews follow a simplified version of the same structure.
No sales process. You describe your project and we give an honest assessment of whether we can help and what it costs. Most first conversations happen by WhatsApp or email.
We issue a written fixed-fee proposal covering the exact scope, fee, and reporting schedule. Nothing begins until both parties have agreed in writing.
We review your build contract and specification before you sign. Specification gaps, risky payment structures, unrealistic timelines — all identified and documented in writing.
From the first timber delivery, our weekly supervision cycle begins. We visit, inspect, photograph, and report. Every Friday you receive a written report with 40–80 annotated photographs.
At keel-laying, framing, planking, systems, and delivery we issue signed ABYC certificates confirming the stage has been inspected and meets specification.
We attend the sea trial. Every system is tested under real conditions: engine at full throttle, rigging under load, steering at full lock. Outstanding items are documented before handover.
At handover you receive the complete build file: every weekly report, every milestone certificate, and the full photographic archive — the permanent provenance record of the vessel.
