Our surveyor works for the buyer, not the seller. Every finding goes into the report, positive or negative. We are never paid by dealers or consultants on the other side of a deal.

Transparent Pricing

All fees are agreed in writing before work begins. No add-ons after the quote, no surprise invoice. What we say is what you pay.

Documented Process

Every survey includes full photographic documentation referenced to ABYC standards. Every step of a sale or transfer is confirmed to the client in writing.
