Hull and structure, deck and superstructure, standing and running rigging, engine(s) and auxiliary machinery, all electrical systems (checked to ABYC E-11), safety equipment, through-hull fittings, osmosis screening, and a sea trial where conditions allow. A photographic report is delivered within 72 hours.
A full pre-purchase survey on a 10–12m sailing yacht takes 4–6 hours on site. Larger vessels or those requiring a full engine-room inspection may take longer. The written report follows within 48–72 hours.
For a pre-purchase survey we strongly recommend a haul-out to inspect the hull below the waterline, keel bolts, rudder bearings and sterntube. Haul-out costs are borne by the seller in most Turkish transactions, but this should be confirmed before booking.

Absolutely. We handle bilingual purchase contracts, power of attorney documentation, Turkish flag registration or export paperwork, and can recommend a licensed Turkish maritime lawyer for the title transfer. We have accompanied dozens of European and American buyers through the process.
Osmosis occurs when water penetrates the GRP laminate and creates blistering. We use calibrated ultrasonic moisture meters to map the extent of any osmosis — distinguishing cosmetic blistering from deep structural moisture. We then advise on remediation options and cost.
