How it works: fill in the route and dates, then send it on WhatsApp. You get an itemised written quote in return. Nothing is stored on this page.
1. What We Need for a Quote
- Route: departure and arrival port, the marina name is enough.
- Vessel: length, type and engine output where known, passage time and fuel are estimated from these.
- Date range: a two to three day window lowers both cost and waiting risk compared with a single fixed day.
- Flag: for a foreign-flagged boat the transit log is checked before departure.
2. What the Quote Shows
Exclusions, marina and port fees, crew travel, customs charges, are listed separately and carry no mark-up.
3. What Happens Next
- Your request arrives and an itemised written quote is prepared.
- Dates are secured with a 50% booking payment.
- Insurance cover is confirmed in writing; documents and crew list prepared.
- A weather window is chosen; a photographic handover protocol is signed at departure.
- Position and photo updates on passage; second protocol and balance payment on arrival.
Contract sample: To see the clauses on costs, weather waiting, breakdowns and insurance before signing, read the yacht delivery contract sample.
