- Damage surveys after groundings, collisions and storms, with photo records.
- Moisture and osmosis surveys with measured readings (boat ashore and dry for at least one week).
Reports are written independently for the client; we do not broker the boats we survey.
For charter fleets
- Fleet boats for sale: pre-sale or pre-purchase surveys, reports in English for foreign buyers.
- Pre-season condition checks with A-B-C priorities.
- Damage surveys after charter incidents.
- Base-to-base deliveries: Marmaris-Göcek, Bodrum-Göcek and other routes, with a photo-documented handover and arrival report.
How we work with institutions
- Request: file number, location of the boat and the survey type by email or WhatsApp.
- Quote and date: a written quote and the earliest available date the same day.
- On site: survey or damage inspection; photos and readings recorded on site.
- Report: within 2-3 working days in the format and language you need; for urgent damage files a preliminary note can follow the same day.
- Invoice: to the institution or the insured, as agreed in advance.
What a damage report contains
- Place and time of the incident, vessel identification, survey date and those present.
- Extent of damage: photos, readings and a moisture map where needed.
- Causation, separating damage from pre-existing conditions such as old damage or lack of maintenance.
- Recommended repair method and a cost range; review of yard quotations received.
- Acceptance check after repair on request.
Reports are independent: we take no repair work or commission from any party. See the independence statement.
Scheduling fleet surveys
Fleet surveys are scheduled before the season so findings can be fixed in time. Each boat receives a full report, and the fleet manager gets a one-page summary of A-B-C findings and must-do items. See charter fleet survey and fleet condition monitoring.
